My history with the Earth runs deep
I spent my early adulthood healing with nature, restoring my health and wellbeing with hands in the earth and my heart opening to the beauty of the elements. I traveled and lived many years in Europe which gave me the space and change to begin to recognize my true self and purpose. Later I spent time as a permaculture educator, with sustainable and regenerative technologies, and from that lens began my path as an earth healer, and later a skilled and versatile body worker. I truly believe Tending the body is Tending the Earth
In 2024, I proudly celebrate my 23th year as a healing practitioner in the beautiful California Bay Area.
I draw strength from the deep, archetypal well of the wounded healer and seeker, enabling me to intuitively find your pain points and the threshold between therapeutic touch that is nurturing and effective.
My practice includes Ayurveda, massage, and blends elemental engagement with earthy embodiment practices, weaving and conjuring the senses of touch, smell, sight, sound, and taste. Through this all-encompassing sensory experience, the nervous system finds homeostasis and the body, mind, and spirit reach a state of rest and rejuvenation.

My healing offerings and programs dive deep into principles of compassionate self care by attending to, taking inspiration from, and crafting intention with nature, her cycles, patterns, and rhythms. Through the process of reverently welcoming the elements to influence and enhance our lives, we learn a type of soul alchemy that enables vision, voice, manifestation, and creative expression.

I draw inspiration and guidance from syncing with the Venus Cycle. I love helping people to understand their unique Venus Avatar which is an incredible way for people to evolve in their self knowing an purpose driven life. Through following the Venus Star's sacred heroine's mission of dying to be reborn, more authentic to self and soul's truth, my clients experience more clarity, creative insight and personal freedom.

My deepest healing intention is to help the remembering, coming home to who you truly are, reconnecting to self, and to explore and have the courage to listen to our own inner wisdom. The body holds so much. Time to lift the frequency by releasing the patterns and conditioning that is held in the body, to free mind and anchor the spirit for the life we were designed to live.
